Medical Bill Review

Find the errors in your medical bill. Or you don't pay.

A medical coder checks every line of your itemized bill and insurance statement, and compares this with the medical care you received. You get a clear written report of the errors we find. If we don’t find anything, there’s no charge.

No errors found, no fee.

If our review doesn’t save you money, your deposit is refunded in full. And you’ll never pay us more than you save.

What we look for

Medical bills are often wrong.

Hospital and provider bills are built from thousands of billing codes, and mistakes happen. Most people never see an itemized bill, so they never get the chance to catch them. Here’s what we check for:

How it works

Simple steps. You stay in control.

01

Get your itemized bill

If you don’t have one, we’ll tell you exactly what to ask your hospital or provider for.

02

Send it to us

Share your itemized bill and your insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

03

We review it

Our trained coder checks every line against your insurance statement and the care you received.

04

You get your report

A clear written report of every error we find, ready to take back to the billing office.

Pricing

You only pay when we save you money.

A small deposit starts your review. It counts toward your fee, and it’s refunded in full if we don’t find savings. Your fee is a share of the savings we find, and it is never more than you save.

We can review your Explanation of Benefits, explain why a claim may have been denied and point out errors you can raise with your insurer. You or your provider file the appeal.
