DUI Case Review & Evidence Analysis
Did you get arrested for a DUI?
DUI cases are built on procedure and standardization: the stop, the field sobriety tests, the breath or blood test, the drug evaluation, and the paperwork that ties it together. A small departure from standard procedure can change how that evidence is perceived by the arresting officer. Southern Charm Investigations provides independent case review and evidence analysis if you’ve been arrested for a DUI. This service is led by a former DUI officer, DUI instructor, and certified Drug Recognition Expert who has conducted thousands of DUI investigations.
Who it’s for: anyone wanting a trained set of eyes to review the investigation, and criminal defense attorneys handling alcohol and drug-impaired driving cases.

What you receive: a written case review report that documents what was done, what the standard requires, and where the two differ. You decide how to use it. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We simply document for you, from a DUI instructors point of view, how the investigation differs from the standardization that is required according to the NHTSA training. This is valuable information that you can provide to an attorney.
