He is also a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE), trained to evaluate drug-impaired driving cases under the national DECP standard. He has testified as an expert witness in multiple high-profile trials.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f4a0e9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f4a0e9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>That background shapes how SCI works.
